About this app
SlipNet is a VPN-style app for networks where the internet is filtered. It moves your traffic through channels that blocked connections usually still allow: ordinary DNS lookups, an SSH session, a Tor bridge or an HTTPS tunnel that looks like Chrome, so pages that were blocked start loading again.
There are several tunnel types to choose from (DNSTT, NoizDNS, VayDNS, Slipstream, NaiveProxy, SSH, DNS-over-HTTPS and Tor), most of which can be chained through SSH for an extra layer, plus a built-in scanner that hunts for DNS servers still reachable on your network. A step-by-step user guide is included in English and Persian.
You need a server to connect to: either a profile someone shares with you, or one you set up yourself with the project's own installer. SlipNet is only published on GitHub and the developers' Telegram channel; anything with this name on an app store did not come from them.
