About this app
Telegram looks the same on everyone's phone. Telegram Monet builds a theme from your Android Material 3 colour palette, so your chats pick up the same shades as the rest of your system instead of the stock blue.
You choose the colours in the app, it produces a theme file, and Telegram or Telegram X loads it. Volunteers have translated the app into more than twenty languages.
It only makes themes, so you still need Telegram or Telegram X installed to use them. Android 8 or newer is required.
