About this app

RunnerUp records your runs, rides and walks using your phone's GPS and gives you the detail afterwards: pace, distance, time and how each stretch went. Spoken cues in your ear tell you how you are doing without having to look at the screen.

You can set a target pace or heart rate zone for a free run, or build interval sessions in the style of a Garmin watch. It pairs with Bluetooth and ANT+ heart rate straps, uses your phone's step and pressure sensors, and can push finished workouts straight to Strava, Runalyze and other services. There is a Wear OS companion too.

The F-Droid build leaves out a few features that could not be included for licensing reasons; the releases on GitHub are the complete version.
