About this app

Cirrus shows you the weather right now and hour by hour for up to sixteen days ahead, for any place in the world. A rain radar lets you see the shower that is heading your way, and a home screen widget keeps the forecast one glance away.

Forecasts come from the free Open-Meteo and LibreWXR services. There are no adverts and no account to create, and the app asks for nothing but internet access; letting it use GPS is optional and only used to find where you are.

It needs an internet connection to fetch a forecast, so there is nothing to read when you are offline. On F-Droid and in its source code the app goes by the name omweather rather than Cirrus.
