About this app
Kore is the official remote for Kodi. It puts your media centre in your hand: browse the movies, TV shows, music and add-ons in your library, read the details, and send whatever you pick to the big screen.
While something is playing you get the usual controls — play, pause, seek, volume — plus subtitle and audio-track switching, subtitle downloading, and the current playlist to add to or manage. You can type text on your phone instead of pecking at an on-screen keyboard with a d-pad, send YouTube videos over to Kodi, switch live TV channels and start recordings on a PVR setup, run library clean-ups and updates, and wake the machine with Wake-on-LAN. Several colour themes are included.
It is a remote and nothing else: you need Kodi 14 or newer already running on your network, with remote control allowed in its settings.
