Image Toolbox does almost anything you might want to do to a picture: crop, resize, rotate, add filters, draw on it, erase the background, stitch photos together, make a collage, or turn a batch of images into a PDF.
Everything happens on your phone, so your photos are never uploaded anywhere. It handles unusual file types too, and it can shrink big images so they are easier to send.
