About this app
Harmonic is a Hacker News reader built around the comments. Threads fold and unfold smoothly so long arguments stay easy to follow, and a built-in reader mode strips a linked article down to plain text without sending you off to a browser.
Sign in with your Hacker News account to vote, reply, submit links and see your favourites and past upvotes. There is a lot you can adjust — themes, colours and dozens of small preferences — the result of years of daily use and tinkering by its author.
It is a client for Hacker News itself, so it needs a connection, and an account on news.ycombinator.com if you want to take part rather than just read.
